Trullinger Associates, Inc./Natural Beds Direct™
is confident that you will love your new Royal-Pedic, Natura, Pure-Rest, NBD-Presidential™,
or Pacific Rim Woodworking product and happily use it for many years to come.
All sales are final. We offer refunds
only when a customer returns covered merchandise to Royal-Pedic under its
14-Night Trial Period (which does not apply to organics or electric
adjustable beds) or to Ecobaby Organics (Pure-Rest) under its 30-Night
Satisfaction Guarantee, when a customer returns
defective merchandise to Royal-Pedic, Natura World, Ecobaby Organics, or the manufacturer of NBD-Organic™,
Royal-Pedic, Natura
World, Ecobaby Organics, or Pacific Rim Woodworking has accepted the returned merchandise, and informs
us that they (the manufacturer) is not repairing or replacing it. In that case, Trullinger
Associates, Inc./Natural Beds Direct™ will issue a prompt refund, but
NOT for shipping charges (shipping/setup portion of original cost,
$200-$500, and return shipping charges) or for the cost of mattress or pillowtop pads.
All returns MUST go directly to Royal-Pedic,
Ecobaby Organics, Natura
World, or Pacific Rim Woodworking and MUST have a Return
Authorization Number (RA) on all packages. Call
Trullinger Associates, Inc./Natural Beds Direct™ at (800) 278-5004 or
(239) 594-8003 to receive an RA
number.
Natura World, Inc., manufacturer of
the Natura Sleep System™, offers a 10-YEAR LIMITED
WARRANTY on the Natura Sleep System™ all-wood or medium-density
fiberboard (MDF) frame, wood slat
mattress, and the support latex mattress. This protection does NOT
apply to the wool mattress pad. Natura World, Inc. warrants that these
covered Natura components are free
from defects in material and workmanship during the limited warranty period.
For pillows and comforters (including duvets, but not
mattress pads), Natura World,
Inc. offers a 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Natura World, Inc. warrants that these
covered Natura components are free
from defects in material and workmanship during the limited warranty period.
For Naturlatex™ and
Pure-Rest, there is a 20-YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY. See

During the term of this limited warranty protection, Natura
World, Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair any covered defective parts of the Natura Sleep
System™, Naturlatex™ Mattress, pillows, or
blankets (including comforters and duvets, but not mattress pads) purchased under this limited warranty, at no additional charge, with the
exception of shipping charges. Pure-Rest has a similar
policy.
Royal-Pedic warranties its mattresses and box springs
to the original consumer purchaser for a non-prorated period of 10
YEARS from the date of purchase against material defects and
workmanship. Pillowtop pads are warrantied for a non-prorated period
of 5 YEARS. Royal-Pedic offers a
14-Night Trial Period for certain products.

When returning any Royal-Pedic,
Pure-Rest, Natura,
or
Pacific Rim products, the purchaser assumes
responsibility for all round-trip shipping charges to and from Royal-Pedic's,
Ecobaby's, Natura's,
or Pacific Rim's manufacturing facility,
is responsible for arranging insurance for the product(s) returned, and assumes the risk
of loss during shipment.
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required, as discussed above.
Remember, do not return Natura or Pure-Rest mattress pads, as they are not covered under the Natura
or Pure-Rest Limited Warranties.
Note that slight imperfections are common in all natural wood
products. Royal-Pedic, Ecobaby Organics, Natura World, and Pacific
Rim Woodworking reserve the right to inspect, touch up, or repair any defective
item before authorizing a replacement.
Note that Royal-Pedic,
Ecobaby Organics, Natura World,
and Pacific Rim extend NO WARRANTY
PROTECTION to damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents,
improper cleaning, or
damage incurred as a result of the customer transporting the product.
As noted above, there is no warranty protection for mattress pads.

What if I want to change an
order or cancel an order?
Our company believes in
fast turnaround of orders, so we try to process them as soon as possible -- if
possible, the day you place them. For
Royal-Pedic, Pure-Rest, Dutch Mill, and Natura
orders, should you want
to cancel an order, we cannot guarantee that will be possible until we can
confirm with Royal-Pedic, Ecobaby Organics, Pacific Rim, and/or Natura World, the manufacturers, that the order has not shipped.
If it has shipped, you may not cancel the order.

Must I pay sales tax?
Florida residents (and those shipping to a Florida address) must pay 6%
state sales tax (and any applicable county/local sales taxes). California
residents purchasing Royal-Pedic products pay sales tax based upon our wholesale
cost. Residents of other states
do not pay sales tax on purchases made at this site.

How long to receive my order,
and is it possible to track my order?
If your order is shipping by UPS, which is the case with Natura Sleep Systems™,
pillows, and comforters, it will receive a tracking number. We will provide
you with this number via e-mail, along with instruction on how to use it to track your
order after it is in UPS hands. We prefer that customers allow up to 6-8
weeks to receive their Natura orders orders. It generally requires approximately 7-21 business days, not
counting the day of order entry, for manufacture of your purchase,
if not in stock at the manufacturer.
Very rarely carriers misplace orders and delivery may require more than 6-8
weeks (in such rare instances, we vigorously interface with carriers to get such
orders moving).
Note that in most cases, Natura World, Inc. ships pillows and other bedding
items within 7-14 business days. For
orders consisting of Naturlatex™
Mattresses, tracking of orders is not available (they will call to schedule
delivery). For Royal-Pedic
Innerspring & Latex Mattresses, we will supply you with a website for tracking your shipment using your
home telephone number. Royal-Pedic orders ship in 2-4 weeks. Mattresses ship by commercial trucking
companies and require 7-14 days minimum. As noted above,
very rarely carriers misplace orders and delivery may require more than 6-8
weeks (in such rare instances, we vigorously interface with carriers to get such
orders moving).
Pure-Rest orders usually ship in 4-6 weeks; expedited (rush) service is
available at additional cost. Pacific Rim orders generally require a
maximum of 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Why Do You Ship Natura
Mattresses Only to Naples, Florida?
In January 2008, Natura issued the policy
that its dealers may sell Natura mattresses only within 75 miles of their
location. Since we are located in Naples, FL, that is our sales area for
Natura mattresses. For the vast majority of our customers, all over the
U.S., we recommend you consider the excellent quality Royal-Pedic, Pure-Rest, or
NBD-Presidential™
by Royal-Pedic mattresses that we sell.
